05. I will check it over for anything visibly wrong
06. You get an unboxing video before it’s sealed

How to pay
Payment can be made via Interac e-Transfer, WeChat Pay, or Alipay.
How to return or exchange
Returns follow the original retailer’s policy, not mine. If they’ll take it back, I’ll process it for you. If they won’t, I can’t.
A few things to know:
01. The item has to be brand new — unworn, unused, tags still attached, original packaging intact.
02. The retailer’s return window starts the day I buy it, not the day it reaches you. Some of that window is already gone by the time the parcel arrives, so tell me quickly if something isn’t right.
03. Refunds reach you after the retailer has refunded me. That means their processing time plus the time to ship the item back.
04. The sourcing fee isn’t refundable once I’ve placed the order. It covers work already done, whether or not the item ends up going back.
05. Return shipping is paid by you / covered by me if the item is faulty.
06. If something arrives damaged, or it isn’t what was ordered, that’s mine to fix — email me with photos, and I’ll sort it out.
