This store is operated by Cheeseburger, based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these terms.
The products
I describe every piece as accurately as I can. Colours can look different on different screens, and small variations between items are normal.
Unless a product page says otherwise, the jewellery sold here is fashion jewellery. Where a page describes a colour — "gold colour", "silver colour" — it is describing the finish, not the metal the piece is made from.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Canadian dollars. Nothing is added at checkout — shipping is free, and I don’t charge sales tax, so the price on the product page is what you pay. Prices may change without notice.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, I may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it. I'll email you if that happens.
Orders
I may refuse or cancel any order — for example, if an item is out of stock, if the price was wrong, or if an order looks fraudulent. If I cancel after you've paid, you get a full refund.
You're responsible for giving accurate account and shipping information.
Returns
Returns and refunds are covered by the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
This site
The text, photographs and design on this site belong to Cheeseburger, except where images are licensed from a third party. Please don't reuse them commercially without asking.
The site is provided as it is. I don't guarantee it will always be available or free of errors.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law, including the implied conditions and warranties under provincial sale of goods legislation, which cannot be waived.
Subject to that, my total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
Changes
I may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to your order.
