Where I ship

Canada only, for now.

How long it takes

Orders are passed to my fulfilment partner within 1 business day, and packed within 1-3 business days after that.

Most parcels then arrive within 10-15 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is scanned.

Orders ship from my fulfilment partner's warehouse, which is outside Canada. That's part of how the prices stay where they are, and it's also why delivery takes longer than a domestic parcel. I'd rather tell you that up front than surprise you after you've ordered.

What shipping costs

Shipping is free on every order, anywhere in Canada. No minimum, no handling fee.

Duties and import taxes

Shipments valued over CAD $20 may be assessed duties and GST/HST by the Canada Border Services Agency on arrival. This is uncommon on orders of this size, but if it happens to you, send me a photo of the notice, and I’ll refund what you were charged.

Tracking

Tracking is emailed to you automatically. Parcels can sit without a scan for several days in transit — that's normal and doesn't mean anything is lost.

If your parcel is late or missing

If it hasn't reached you 30 days after the delivery date I gave you, email me, and I'll refund the order in full. See the Refund Policy.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned or lost because the address was incomplete or incorrect, I'm not able to refund it.
